I don’t use you app, i am not agree with the pay , i want my money back!!!
Dark pattern app
This app is using dark patterns by forcing the user to subscribe with tricky things. They draw the attention to the fact that you pay only 1$, but very tricky says that you actually subscribe to them. And if you delete the app, the subsciption is still there. You cannot unsubscribe from the app, but to write them an email. Will no longer use it
Scam
I submitted for a 0.99 usd plan, i got a 35 usd plan and they tried to retain from my account 65 usd.

They askef for 1 dollar but in 3 days they tries to take 25 dolarrs fraudolous from my account. Revolut blocked them. Shame!

This app is a SCAM!! I downloaded it then uninstalled it and they simply charged my card $35 without permission!!! And there’s no way to request a refund!!! STAY AWAY!!!

This app is a SCAM
It automatically subscribes you and charge you for 35 dollars. You cannot see the subscription on your phone, you have to deactivate it from the app.
Fraud app, do not download it!
Hi I have been in a similar situation as others have already mentioned in their review. Downloaded the app, paid 1$ for getting free content and 3 days after they have taken 35$ for a subscription that I wasn’t aware , even though in the subscription tab it was stated to be cancelled. I told them in an email about my situation and that I want a refund because I have the right to get refunded and they are not answering my email, of course. Tried everything to get in contact but maybe only an an official communication or complaint can convince them to answer. As customer we have rights that should be taken into consideration even if they can consider the opposite
