The possibility to write back is almost unnecessary at this point... You can't even write a full sentence and a maximum of 3 texts.. If you create an app where Idols text you it would be better to give fans the idea of actually texting them back. We all know the idols probably won't read it but you can make it a little more realistic by raising the word maximum in a text, thank you.
No moderation
No moderation whatsoever. Full with hate comments and targeted harassment towards the artists and the fans who support them. The rules are not enforced. Also the User Interface is very messy and confusing.
