I tried multiple times to have a verification code, even wrote an email as they said but no reply so far and it’s been a week 🤡

I never received my verification number so I can’t sign up in the app

Full of death threats messages

The app is full of hate comments, death threats and physical violence against an artist and the organizers of the app refuse to take action against those comments although the rules of the app prohibit hateful comments. I’m not comfortable using this app

you don’t protect your artist do not filter negative comments and don’t take legal actions towards who harasses them I HATE YOU I HOPE YOU GO BANKRUPT

Registration problem

I keep trying to enter, but I can't register because I don't get the code.

Horrible

This app has been the home for hateful and life threatening comments and acts from hateful people towards exo’s chen, for the last three months. Even if it’s apparently against the apps rules for there to be hateful conduct nothing has been done against these people who continue their conduct.
