Every month this year when the new issue comes out I’ve had to reset my account, log out/log in, etc. just to read the magazine. I’ve had to contact Zinio support EVERY month just to read a magazine I’ve already paid for! I am over it. Looking at other avenues. Macworld - the voice of Apple for so many years let down by a stupid subscription service.
This app no longer works on iOS 15. I have two mini iPads. One running iOS 14 the other (iPad mini 6) running iOS 15.01. iOS 14 iPad works fine. I can see the option to buy a magazine. On the iOS 15 iPad the option to buy the latest magazine is greyed out. I go to my library and there is NO magazines loading in the library. Even after selecting restore. Everything works fine on the iPad mini running ios14 but not the iPad mini running iOS 15.01. Please advise.
The app is fast, fluid and never has any issues. The content is great too.
I am having trouble looking at each issue as it says in-app purchase need to be turned on. I can’t find it. I’ve been subscribed for over 5 years
I enjoy reading the articles, but the app is a bit buggy. I have to delete the app reinstall it, and then reload my purchases constantly.
May be ok when subscribing directly but very bad when issues arise with iTunes subscription. Support totally unresponsive.
Odd that a Apple supporting magazine provides one of the poorest apps. No zoom, no other navigation aids. Good magazine poorly implemented.
Why is it that a digital technology mag seems to have no idea how folks mostly read on the iPad? If you have an iPad it is likely you read horizontally as iPad cases encourage that orientation. This mag can only be read vertically it seems - looks like a great mag - pity I can't read it comfortably. Shame on you Macworld for not allowing this option!
