Not working
I purchased subscription via the App Store. Trying to download magazine and it always says subscribe on any magazine I select. Emailed your support team and no proper response.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

Took a shot and subscribed awful app shows why publishers are dumping print versions. Total ripoff don’t even bother
I have to contact support each month go download
Horrible app. I am ready to cancel my subscription. I have to email customer support each month to download.
Terrible
This app used to work fine but September was the last month I was allowed to read the mag. It will not populate my library any longer so I was not able to enjoy October and now November and I am about to request a refund it happens on both my iPhone and iPad which has the newest versions and I redownload the app simply crap.
Can’t use when flying
Unless you’re connected to the internet it requires you to “sign in”, which of course you can’t do when flying internationally. Their tech “support” dept is worthless.
I miss the actual paper magazine
( I used to have every single copy printed) but this is almost as good. And it is a lot handier because I always have my phone with me. Nice job guys and gals! JohnWD3
Can’t get current editions
Have an iCloud based subscription but yet any current magazines are not available for download. Very frustrating. Have tried restoring purchases several times, no joy.

Can’t read on a plane
It seems to require an internet connection, even if I load the issue before takeoff.
Log out, log out, log out
Constantly logging me out and then I can’t find any of my issues.
