Canceled subscription now!
I canceled the subscription now and claimed from Apple the money for the November and December issues back. I tried really everything including a re-install of the app, but still the app asks me to buy the two issues again. With such stupid technology glitches you just lose customers in the 21st century ☹️
Second class app
Dear Zino Team, with every new version of your app there are problems for your subscribers. This should give you a real reason to think, especially for a technology magazine for Mac!
As always, my subscription no longer works. I can subscribe, but I can't load the current magazine, my loaded content is gone and I can't restore my old purchases - a real disaster! Instead, the app wants me to buy all the issues again. To download everything every time and to set up all bookmarks. An extreme effort, which costs three times as much as the subscription! Likewise your guidance in the new App is an imposition. Did you never read the text correction? You should already use the same terms as they are now used in the app in the national language.
Funktioniert auf meinem iPhone X nicht
Ich hatte bislang nur Probleme mit der digitalen Version. Mein Abo werde ich auf dieser Grundlage nicht verlängern.
