With every update I lost all my previous downloads and my subscription is not recognized as valid. Customer support is a bad joke. I will not renew my subscription it is a complete waste of money. I am fed up being mistreated by the people who lives on my money
iTunes subscriber problem
I love the magazine, but every month it’s a pain trying to download the new magazine to my iPad. For the past two weeks the app will not recognize my subscription.... and customer service don’t reply to me.
