Hi. I am holding Ukrainian passport. I can not understand why I can not find my country in in the list of countries when I what to create a bank account. I have noticed that you have very limited list of countries. Please , add Ukraine, so I can create a bank account online

As far I know tabung does need any money transaction because it in your own account, why are this apps consider it as transfer limit reach when there is no reduction own account instead of spending, I am totally disappointed with MAE now, years before this I would say the best online banking apps but now, it's becoming the worst of all banking apps, please fix this issues

This app is so unstable. My credit card has been used for unauthorized transac. Very unreliable security by maybank. Not once but twice. And u cannot even linked new card with your MAE account, it is either you delete the app and go thru registration all over again or you will be frustrated not knowing what is happening. Hopefully MBB can improve. It is 2024 already, everything is moving forward with digital yet the security of a simple app like this seems to be going backward.

I wanted to transfer money (for emergency purpose) from MAE to another bank during weekend and its only allow GIRO/IBG. I’ve done exploring another way to do fund transfer but can't find it in this apps. In this critical situation your apps serve like this??? Poor service 👎

The app download is too slow, and the service is also slow. Sometimes it gets stuck. Sometimes you have to quit the app and join again to pay.

always noti unlink unlink unlink on app. After that sign in again.. Sign in again sign in again. Stupid app in the world

Everyday this app requires a fresh onboarding and unlinks my account. What the f&£k. And I have already contacted everyone in this bank except the CEO. Don’t bother asking me to debug or getting my further feedback. I am not your beta tester you worms.

Hi developers, this apps created is for convenience ppl check and doing daily transaction , u created the word saiz that too much small , u think is it convenient for elderly ppl. Such a rubbish apps.

Baru nak happy boleh buat personal acc dan business acc dalam satu device. Tapi bila nak activate Secure2U Kena call bank, then bank tanya 4 digit no access masa buka acc. Mana la ada dah, buka acc pun bukan semalam. Dia suruh pergi tempat buka acc minta blk. Aku tgh busy nak buat transaksi urgent dah nak kena gi bank skrg?? ape benda la kau ni menyusahkan.
