App does not work
I try to log in and the logo just keeps going round and round. I complained to Maybank about this and they did nothing. Please remove this app! It’s the worst banking app ever. Look at the abysmal reviews

- Non-Maybank customers: skip the queue at the branch and sign up instantly with just your phone to enjoy all the benefits of a Maybank customer.
The MAE app will seek permission for the following:
i. Access to your camera to enable you to scan QR code and also upload documents when you apply for a new product or service.
ii. Access to your contact directory to give you the convenience of selecting your contacts when you make a transaction to a mobile number.
iii. Access to your location to offer you the most relevant food listings, marketing promotions or deals by our merchant partners while you are on the go.
iv. Access to your phone’s audio to enable you to make a direct call to the bank's hotline.
v. Access to your settings to enable push notifications to receive Secure2u alerts.

Bill payment did not show the Bill no in the receipt
Paying the SAJ bill, the receipt is not showing the ‘Bill No’. Difficult to prove it and not able to trace. Please improve it, thanks.
Secure2U is buggy
I’m reinstalling the app atm due to the issue/bug so thought to leave a review. It’s been ok since the day I’m forced to use it till now that I can’t approve the transaction. This app is not as robust as the old Maybank2U, I never encounter this issue with maybank2u. I totally understand that it takes time to stabilise the new app but being the biggest bank in MY it’s a shame.
Actual scam
A few years ago, they say MAE wiLl neVeR rEplAce M2U, ya well, they lied, worst app ever.

Such a stupid app from maybank which keep on crashing. I dont know what kind pf app developer you guys hire. Such a disappointment. Rather use some other bank apps.
Updated app, screen goes blank
All white no action… How? Delete and reinstall?

The transferring to MAE is worst that M2U!! Need to transfer money but no notification for approval pop up from my smart phone! Create something that’s not convenient to us.. some say, smart is enough but don’t over smart!
