They promote for products on sale they they cancel the orders without giving logical reason say and after deducting the amount saying they have the right to cancel due to order availability in stores which is nonsense why are not updating the app..chat via app is useless and worst customer service and experience

The app keeps freezing every time I try to open it and it’s very frustrating. I’ve been trying to make an order for the past 3 days now and I can’t.
I requested English as default language yet the app is a mix between Arabic and English and the Arabic version with translation is basically beyond horrible and not readable and not understand le and am not sure why any app would look like half languages instead of one proper language for the app depending on user choice
Very disappointing regarding correlation between app and what is available in your stock. For the second time this month, you have canceled my orders because of lack of merchandise in warehouse. Your app is not up to date with what is available.

I selected English as the language of choice, and then app decided to go bilingual. The menu is half English and half Arabic, stick to a language and preferably the language i selected!
