I like to infrequently xc ski,iceclimb,gym climb along w wife. She adores mudraces,barbed wire & blood make her happy. I’ve learned the best and cheapest investment in gear is fitness. There’s a good program for going long,Mr Mark Lauren w his emphasis on muscular endurance and locomotion skills fills in needed gap

Amazing body weight programs customized for all time frames and body styles and conditions. The fact that Mark works out alongside feels like you have a partner you are working out with. That’s a great motivator.

As an aging triathlete, this program is the only thing that enables me to remain injury free. When I slack off of Mark’s program thinking I am doing enough with swim, bike, run, my injuries return. Great program for flexibility, whole body mobility, bilateral muscle control, core strength and cross strength emphasis, all in the comfort of your home. A must now before I head out for a run.

I’ve been using Mark Lauren’s workouts for years now. His focus is on good form and postural alignment. I still get my heart rate up but more importantly I feel stronger and more in tuned with my body. This app has enough programs to keep me busy for ages with a wide variety of difficulty so I know there’s support when I get to the next level. I can’t say enough about his videos. He is genuine and supportive, and not over the top like many other fitness instructors. This is the real deal for getting stronger safely.

This program does an amazing job of building up your fitness from the ground level up. As someone with personal training background I can vouch for the level of intelligence, ingenuity and planning of this program. I was able to correct quite a few postural prior problems and get myself ready for strenuous exercise within a few short months
