I miss a auto schedule funtion for my program… Why i can‘t select a Program And then schedule it automaticlly? And why i can‘t schedule it in my native calendar on the phone?!

Sehr abwechslungsreiche Ganzkörpertrainings

Die Trainingsprogramme von Mark Lauren sind spitze! Ich hatte im Verlauf der letzten Jahre immer wieder Gelegenheit, phasenweise auf diese zurückzukommen und den Unterschied in meinem Körperempfinden im Vergleich bspw. zu Yoga zu erfahren. Für mich ist der Erfolg, lebenslang aktiv zu sein, von der Vielfalt und Flexibilität bedingt. Genau diese Vielfalt findet sich bei Mark. Aus Erfahrung weiss ich, dass dennoch auch diese Übungen irgendwann wieder etwas repetitiv werden. Dann wechsle ich bspw. zu klassischeren Trainingsmethoden, praktiziere Yoga oder lege meinen Fokus auf mehr Ausdauer. Doch danach kehre ich wieder zu Marks Programm zurück. Hooya!

(Fast) perfekte Trainingsapp!

Nach einem ersten Versuch vor rund einem Jahr, welcher mich nicht wirklich überzeugte, gab ich der App eine neuerliche Chance. Mittlerweile finde ich diese sehr gut. Die Trainings sind sehr motivierend und der Fortschritt lässt nicht lange auf sich warten. Was fehlt noch zum 5. Stern? Wie bereits vor einem Jahr geschrieben, finde ich die App noch immer ziemlich überladen. Eine klarere Bezeichnung, für wen welche Programme geeignet sind, wäre wünschenswert. Logisch: wer mal „drin“ ist, hat damit keine Probleme mehr. Insgesamt jedoch TOP! :-)

Viele Workouts auch kurze wenn man mal wirklich „keine“ Zeit hat. Super Trainingspläne schön nach dem Progressionsschema aufgebaut von Anfänger bis Profi. Genaue Übungsbeschreibungen in hochwertigen Videos. Was ich top finde ist das es auch Mobility-Workouts gibts für die aktive Regeneration. Toll wäre noch wenn es ein Übungskatalog geben würde wie in der alten YAYOG-App wo man alle Übungen nochmals einzeln anschauen könnte.

Ich bin froh und sehr dankbar dafür, dass sich Mark Lauren und sein Team die Arbeit und Mühe gemacht haben, eine so tolle, nahezu perfekte App auf den Markt zu bringen. Gesundheit und Fitness die Spass macht und motiviert. Ich würde mir noch wünschen, dass es für jede einzelne Übung eine Anleitung gibt in einer eigenen Rubrik in der App. Danke und Hooya ☺️
