Бракованные ботинки BOTEGA

Купилась на более нитку цену чем на фарфетч . В итоге , после 3-х раз носки - ботинок оказался бракованным (сказали во всех мастерских) . Написала в службу по работе с клиентами . Сначала вещи диалог , а потом, когда они попросили отправить фото, а я его отправила - написали , чтобы я их выслала им обратно . На мою просьбу дать номер договора с DHL (чтобы пересыл был ни за мой счёт ) - полный игнор. Итог : эти ботинки можно теперь только на мусорку . Лучше бы взяла на фарфетч

Defective goods

Hello, everyone. I bought a JIL SANDER down jacket on MATCHESFASHION.COM, after dry cleaning (according to the instructions on the label), the down jacket sat down, deformed and began to climb down. I wrote to the site support service, I was asked to provide all the documents, then asked to send the jacket for verification. After 7 weeks and endless correspondence, I was refused a replacement or refund, saying that this was normal. It's normal that the jacket for €700 has deteriorated and no one can help. No one is responsible for the goods sold on the site. My order: OMF363774993

Не готовы компенсировать СВОИ ЖЕ ошибки!

Сделала заказ, прислали не тот размер, что был заказан. Писала в поддержку - отвечают очень-очень долго, потом просто перестали отвечать. По итогу - пришлось делать возврат за свои же деньги!
