I just ordered a coat but it would not allow me use free delivery. I’m disappointed that I had to pay €20 when spending almost €1,000.

Ya I’m friggen annoyed now I had a big order over 350,100 and it shut down it won’t let me log back in says service error please come back again soon Get this sorted out I’m Not one but impressed with this crap app for serious buyers also it’s still let me pay for shipping when it staying free shipping over €300 + I should be granted free or express shipping with no added charges This has to be updated aswell if not I’ll go else where and my experience with this service is so bloody awful it’s not on my end it’s on your end you need to get the app or re do a new one for your loyal customers! 👍👍👍👍👍👍 one star for the app no star for service. ! Very disappointing service received again.Missing pieces from my delivery and now have to wait until they investigate with DHL.
