This is the only app I use for designer purchases. Their customer service is amazing, shipping times are incredible (5 days to Iraq). Love love love!! ❤️❤️

Really hate how I click on my wish list then click on an item and when click the arrow to go back it doesn’t go on back onto my wish list but back onto a product page

Was very difficult to download items in my cart
Horrendous customer service
What else to add… This has been truly the worst place for me as soon as i encountered issue with a return. Customer support is so bad, they reply in weeks, months, and if they do they just don’t do anything … it’s really astonishing how incompetent everyone in there is. They just really don’t care about your issue which seems soooo simple and quick to solve. But they make it hard and long. And the turnaround of people in customer support is astonishing. People just leave and drop all their emails and you are stuck with starting the cycle again to be dropped by someone who has left again. Hints of toxic work culture.

Wow this is amazing every designer I could ever wish for in one online store. From and wander to The Row. Brilliant buying makes my shopping so easy.
Love this App for Designer items
Love this app, so easy to use and navigate. Love that you can save items in wish list, Matchesfashion also notifies you if an item on your wish list is on sale and this is so helpful. I highly recommend joining the curator programme to get extra goodies such as Free delivery here and there. Also love that there are brands that fit all budgets too.
