This is the worst mobile banking in the Philippines. Very late updates. Late OTPs. No real time info of accounts. Has many bug issues in app. Literally NOT IN GOOD HANDS. App always fails. You’re wasting time here. Bank personel tells you that they will send an email or other confirmations for your updates but its all talk. I suggest to use other banks

I tried multiple times but its always giving an error invalid email address/phone number even though both information was correct and calid as its the same information I used on the old app. I tried to retrieve username/password instead just like what the customer service people ask me to do but still unable to access since I have no passcode to ever nominate in the first place. Why they have to change the old app anyway that one looks perfectly fine. Except now of course it became slow and logging due to this new app that pushing to be used. This is really a failure. Better to test everything before pushing it to be use by customers and your customer service also needed to be trained on this new app.

Ive been calling regarding my online app and i couldnt log in as i couldnt remember my passcode. Tried several times to have it reset but after five times talking to the customer service agent and emails received, still nothing. What a crappy platform. Was able to access previously but now I cannot.

this is such a failure of an app and im switching banks because its so extremely inconvenient. i even went to a metrobank branch to ask for help and they said they couldnt even help me if its app related???? the old app was working well before despite its outdated UX/UI. now the old app doesnt work and this new app wont even let me create an account or log in. it keeps saying i put the wrong phone number and email when its literally the only one i have. do you guys even have any intention of fixing either of these apps???

I have changed my phone and installed this app to my new phone upon logging with my credentials NO OTP was sent to proceed with device registration. I have checked with the hotline agent and my phone number is updated. With numerous tries still can't register my new device.
