This new version is really horrible. I‘ve been using the old app until the transition. I kept on trying multiple times even updated the app but still it keeps on crashing. I‘m based in Germany as well and this is only bank i‘m using to transfer money to the Philippines.
This new app its so difficult to log in😐😐😐 I have to pay bills and it keeps saying problem with the system,!!!! The old app is a lot better to use!
We only have 1 month before you delete the old App. And this new App, i hbe been trying to logged i. Since day 1 and still it says "Ooops something went wrong"???!!! Can't even use this App.
Same as the previous review. I cannot open my old metrobank app anymore and trying to login my credentials in the new app, even tried to sign up again but your update is catastrophic!
I’ve been trying to send money to another bank but there’s NO OTP!!!! I’ve tried numerous times already but nothing. So something about it. I need to transact some payments!!! My gosh metrobank
Hello i am currently working in Germany and actually i am using the old metrobank app. The old app is still functional but this new app is really very bad. I cannot register even if my account details were totally complete and correct i am struggling to register in this useless app of metrobank because i find it super un friendly. Very difficult and even tried to recover my old account maybe it would work but FAILUREEEEEEE 😒😒 i dont know why they dont any option if you are already a previous use to connect the account making clients having difficulty. Stressful application
