Why is my balance gone!!!!!
Cash installment Facility is not working. Whenever you try to transact it says “There are no payment terms”. It is inconvenient since the CS said I need to call them if I need to convert balance or avail Cash2Go instead of doing it on app. It’s been almost a month since I noticed this problem, haven’t resolved up until now.
I had my atm card for almost a month now. I have been trying to enroll it to the banking app since I had it but it keeps on getting an error says “cannot enroll right now” chuchuchu. Please fix

Metrobank developers should be ashamed on how they develop the metrobank system. Ever since the New Metrobank app was created, online banking experience was horrible!!
Please add an option that we can lock/unlock our debit/credit card. This option will provide to your customer’s peace of mind against fraud and unauthorized transactions
Im trying to pay my credit card online using the app but it’s not showing. When I view ‘my accounts’ only deposit accounts are showing. Pls fix asap!
Face ID not working and so hassle to use. Clunky interface
Previously my old phone number was the one registered, I had to go to the bank and tell them that I changed numbers. But afterwards, the app says it’ll take one day before transactions will work. It functions well, just tedious for security purposes.
It’s been more than a year already and I don’t think MB has any plans of improving their app. Case in point is the editing of biller details. In the old app, you can also edit the subscriber or account number. This is very helpful in cases where the number varies from month to month (like in Pag-IBIG). With the new app, you can only edit the “alias“ which is not at all very useful. I now have several billers on the app just because I have to enroll them every month.
