Update: So I made my second order and it’s just been a total disaster. These guys charged me twice for a single transaction and it seems like the only way to reach customer service is through email. Lucky if you get a response. But they will respond to you in the same scripted email without even acknowledging what you tell them. “we also understand that charges may have reflected on your account, and here at MetroMart we guarantee you that there were no charges made for XXXXX and AMOUNT 5653.84 which should reflect on your next billing statement, and what were asking is your confidence with us that we are just reauthorizing the charges, making thorough review of transactions to ensure not to have double charges.“ Same email for every inquiry I’ve sent. I could understand that it they need to “reauthorize” as how they call it but the fact that they did it twice on two separate dates is concerning. More importantly, if these transactions turn out to be real charges to my credit card, I can only wish for a miracle for these guys to refund me. Please! Whoever the developer of this app, tell your boss my experience. I’d like to warn others so they can avoid all this headache. The app itself is sure is easy to use. I like that it tells you the status of your order and that somebody is actually grabbing the items and coordinates with you of what’s out of stock. I think on the coordination portion, it would be better experience if the personal shopper/rider and the buyer can communicate directly through the app — a chat feature let’s say instead of back and forth text message. Overal, if I can give 0 stars, I would! Bad customer service experience always discredits all other good things about the app.

Where is the consumer protection if the partner stores fails to regularly update the price online? Why is the onus on the customer?

I ordered online and my family received it within the time I choose for the delivery time. Very happy with the service. Thank God I found this app it help me to shop food for my family in the Philippines during lockdown period. Thanks

Very happy with the turn out their service! Communication is excellent, very responsive to emails and calls. The prices are not unreasonable. The tracking system is great. I wish this business to grow bigger and have more affiliate-vendors!
