I’ve used this app even before the pandemic so it’s a major annoyance that you now try to impose a TIP for each delivery. One of your delivery boys even had the gall to question whether I in fact tipped via the app. It seems you’re not paying your riders fairly because why put that burden on your customers? Such a hassle. Good thing there are similar apps with far better service.

I could not imagine how their support could get worst. I placed an order yesterday, Dec 22 at 10AM and they promised to delivery it in 2hrs but instead it got delivered today, Dec 23 at 12PM. My shopper complained that my items are too big for a motorcycle so I had to pick it up at the mall itself and spend money for my ride. Then the worst part is that my shopper complained again that he has no change for my payment so I had to spend again a bank transfer fee to pay him. The app mandatory charges you a tip of P150 and a delivery fee but their service and their customer support is hell. Trust me, it is as bad as I narrated it. I had to uninstall it so I can never use their service again.

UPDATE: I WAS FORCED TO PAY FOR ITEMS I DID NOT ORDER. Shopper placed 5 items in my cart and i only ordered 3. I was forced to pay for them because the shopper did not confirm with me before checking out. This app is a joke. you're better off using other apps. ordered using the app and none of the things i ordered are in stock. staff messaged me for a replacement but all items do not reflect the price in the app. items that are 195 are actually 235. If i knew it would be like this i would not have ordered through this app. first and last time using.

It was very useful and reliable when it was first launched but not anymore. I’m deleting it after after the delivery of my last order which is 3 hours late. It’s now useless. It’s just taking up space on my phone’s storage.

It won’t let me complete my purchase because i changed the “recommended tip” to a lower amount.

My order is 3 days late and availability of assortment is not updated. Horrible operations and customer service!!! Don't order here unless you're fine with getting your orders a week later.

Stop rescheduling deliveries and stick to the schedule. The delivery schedule is not for your convenience but for the customer. Also giving tips are optional, it is your job to give your shopping partner a fair share not the customer who already is paying a hefty service fee and delivery charge. I might as well do the groceries myself as it seems like the app is more of an inconvenience.

Placed an order and waited for the delivery time but already past the selected delivery time still no update - reached out to cs then advised they cant deliver to my address but I have previous successful delivery Metromart is worst now - no update on their side, they waited for you to reach out to them before they provide you a worst and no help update Deleted the app , Never again
