MetroMart: #1 Grocery Delivery

Think twice or a 100 times before downloading this app. They said that items will be delivered within two hours but it is all marketing strategy. They’ll let you wait the whole day then at the end you goods will be delivered the following day. Better to order in foodpanda than this application. Even though you contact their customer service for help it is totally USELESS.. It will just upset you and will just ruin your day..

Tried it for the first time. There were 4 unavailable items but the personal shopper was there to keep me updated and she gave alternatives. Delivery arrived after 3hrs. I recommend this app. Thanks.

Next time if you have out of stock item you need to update your APP inventory system

I just learned that the riders and shoppers don’t get the tip 100% when you tip when using cards/online payments. Apparently Metromart gets 50%, then the rider and shopper shares the other 50%. This is very disgusting!

Ordered for delivery at 9-10 am and at 12pm no order and no update at all. Messaged the help center and they cannot give a definite time of delivery. Do not order unless you’re okay with wasting your whole day
