MetroMart: #1 Grocery Delivery

I have been an fan of online and has been using their service for 5 yrs and just this year. Their service is very poor. Always late delivery and not advising the clients if they can deliver you orders or not. I will deleting my app now and will move other online shopping app that can provide excellent service

Good luck using your international credit card with MetroMart. I had no problem during the pandemic using one particular card and then all of a sudden it stopped working. So I switched to a second international credit card, and that seem to be fine for a short while as well. But here we are today running through four different credit cards, and none of them will be accepted by MetroMart. They are from four different banks. This tells me that it is not, as the pop-up message suggests, because my bank has denied the charge. This tells me that MetroMart and their an entire system is useless. In fact, just to make sure that they were the ones that were useless, I called all four of my banks, and they confirmed there was no issue on their end. The charge never even reached them. Should you decide to reach out to MetroMart for help on this matter, I also wish you the best of luck. You will not get help and therefore you will not be able to order from MetroMart, just like me.

Such a convenient app, easy to navigate. Would have been better if you could just drag the pin to your address instead of just searching for it, I had a slight difficulty with this.

Always late by 2 hours past promised delivery time. Never order fresh food that can spoil.
