Ads are super annoying
For some reason they decided to add god awful ads to the order page. Now it plays and blasts music every time you check on your order. Please get rid of it. It’s very annoying.

Highway robbery
App is easy to use. But their partner shop - robinsons south’s delivery guys charges extra for delivery even though we already paid 100 pesos for service fee and 80 pesos for delivery. They don’t want to leave unless you give them cash. Also the app charges for all you ordered but when the shop doesn’t have the item, the app won’t refund. Seems like highway robbery especially to those people from overseas who wants to send groceries to their love ones in the Philippines. Better to just send money and let them shop.

Tips don’t go to shoppers and riders
I just learned that the riders and shoppers don’t get the tip 100% when you tip when using cards/online payments. Apparently Metromart gets 50%, then the rider and shopper shares the other 50%. This is very disgusting!
Bad service
Ordered for delivery at 9-10 am and at 12pm no order and no update at all. Messaged the help center and they cannot give a definite time of delivery. Do not order unless you’re okay with wasting your whole day
