Michaels Stores

For some reason, this app refuses to work anymore. I can’t get it to locate the store 1 mile away and can’t access my account at all from the app. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times and tried it on and off the WiFi. What the heck?!

Using the app instore is always such a pain. Half the time it forces me to update when I’m at the regiester trying, and often failing, to get a coupon code. The other half the coupon code fails to scan. I do love the new Flower Mound store though. There is always someone at the front willing to help.

I was at the new Michael’s at 17126 van buren Woodcrest ! The girls there talked a lot and was talking about a male worker there how he shouldn’t be working there if he has a child, very unprofessional it didn’t sound right as us customers trying to shop and listening to the store gossip, they were by the 4 th of July items just talking, the was one young lady working cashier alone! 6:40 please talk with your manager and young ladies, manager saw them talking not cool at all

To start, the only Michaels near me looks like a picked over dollar store, so I was ordering online. Until today when I tried to find yarn and was overloaded by results from third party sellers charging 4-5 times as much as other retailers. It was near impossible to find anything that was actually sold by Michaels. There is no way to filter out the third party sellers and they offer no support of any kind at all either online or over the phone. So I’m done, I’ll spend my money with retailers that can take care of their stores and don’t outsource their site like it’s Amazon. Gross.

Disappointing. I filled my cart, was eligible for free shipping, triple checked my info, had paypal onboard and then pressed the payment button- CUE THE DEATH LOOP. it insisted i choose shipping method- the module doesn't exist. THEIR LOSS. Deleting it now.

I love everyone that works in the store I shop at in metairie La. They can be so nice. The company on the other hand not so nice. What is the big deal with having our vouchers expire all the time. Sometimes I’m on the road and by the time I go to use it, it’s no good. Please make vouchers timeless so your customers can save up for for something special or for kid going off to college. That would be so awesome. Or like me I already earned it how can you take it away.

No complaints at all. I have never had any issues with the customer service I receive at this location.

They lie and say you only need a certain amount of money spent to get free shipping, but not everything counts toward the total. Cheating, dishonest liars need to go out of business for their trickery and cheating.

So annoying you can’t filter out all the random marketplace stuff when shopping online. I only want to see items for sale through Michaels directly. If I wanted marketplace stuff I would be shopping on Amazon.

I used to love this app and use it constantly, but lately it tells me everything I’m looking for is out of stock at my store, but it’s in stock at “near by” stores that are literally across the country, even after updating my zip code multiple times, trying to search by my location, and updating my current store. I’m not sure what’s going on lately but it’s super frustrating
