Keeps on crashing
And the kids at home cannot attend their online school. What an app
Crashing on new version of iOS
Frustrating, slow, and not enough controls. Child can easily get around restrictions. Crashing on new version of iOS.
App is crashing
I didnt have problems before with the app but since the last update, the app has been crashing. I deleted it and downloaded again but it still keeps crashing
Current app version keeps on crashing
The app used to work before but has been crashing recently, and the situation still has not changed even after a couple of re-installations. Microsoft, please fix this.
Buggy app
Just today, January 19,2023, the app started blocking websites that I have not even blocked. It also keeps sending me notifications about requests on extra time even though there are no time limits on that particular app. I uninstalled and then installed the app but it didn’t work. I also accessed my account using my computer but it didn’t work as well. I had to finally remove my son as a family member as everything I did does not seem to work. I didn’t have a problem with this app until today. I hope it gets fixed soon!
