The control is not control
The control is not even sync and link to my son’s laptop! It not even connected I put up a screen time control but ! My son still can access and use the laptop and all the game app as his will!

App is lousy
I cannot even connect to see status of my children usage. App is utterly rubbish.
Screen time limit doesn't work
I set the screen time to be 2 h across all devices but yet the report says they played for 3-4 h. At the same time it says time limit is reached. How is it possible that they can continue to play when time limit is reached?
Server unstable
The connection and the is really bad. Keep give me the problem in viewing my notification and give any screentime very difficult. Keep tell me that this is your problem and not mine and i have to keep try and refresh. Honestly, i do not have so many minutes to spare for you! Please fix the problem and stable the service.
Was working real well until the last update
Now I can't login or connect via iOS app. Please help to resolve this. Thanks!
Not working anymore
It’s used to good. Now not working anymore. I need to open computer and allow permission for kid.
Issue happening every week
This app have issues almost weekly, t whenever I need to approve screen time, the app always shows error even click ok refresh multiple times. You guys hired intern to make this app, and how come so worst in recently?

Still wonky...
App keeping having trouble connecting
Everytime I open the app it just shows me the error screen “we’re having trouble connecting” and my kids pc is stuck on a permanent loading screen!! I use my personal hotspot as well so I know this isn’t a issue on my end.
App not stable
The latest version constantly crash & cannot open properly.
