Awful, don’t use it. they charged me 150€ for a cleaning fee because apparently I left the vehicle dirty, which is of course not true as I left the vehicle exactly how I found it, in perfect conditions. They never gave me back my money even though I contacted them and told them I didn’t do anything wrong, 150€ for cleaning a car is crazy. I will never use this app ever again.
One of the most practical and well made sharing services I’ve seen anywhere in the world. And adding mini vans to the choice of cars is even more amazing . Great job! I wish miles was in other European countries too

🚨 The app encountered an error and locked the car. We were outside but OUR SON WAS LOCKED INSIDE CRYING FOR 10 MINUTES. No way to find a phone number to call in the app! 🚨 We called the customer service, and the woman was concerned about us breaking the window of the car.
I am receiving car tickets to pay constantly and this ever happened before with other car sharing service. I drive and park always in the same way. Furthermore you charged me 39 € which is I think a max fee for a day. I actually had ended my ride but your system managed to think I parked and locked the car temporarily. I wrote you and you never replied. I am seriously thinking not to use your service anymore.
