Abusive handling fee for a ticket fine

So we got a fine from the police for parking somewhere it's not allowed. Ok, our fault, we pay the police fine. But then Miles also charges their own "fine" just for sending us the police ticket (they call it handling fee). We had already paid for the service by renting the car, tf you mean by handling fee? 👎🏻Hahahaha what a creative idea to stole some money!

Worst app ever

This is for sure the worst app ever for car-sharing service. I have tried to reach them several times with no answer. They are charging me fees with no explanation and they have done this twice so far.

Cannot Connect to the server

Connection in Berlin is quite bad, I can’t see any cars on the map even though I am standing in front of it.

Great App, easy and cool

Not a good service

I charged some money on the app. My account now is not validated, I sent some emails some days ago and I got no response... Basically I lost my money and I never used this app...

They charge you without previous notifications

Watch out, this company charges you fees without previous agreements. The terms and conditions are unclear.
