I cannot log in to enter my Miles. Pressing the login button does nothing.

Password reset feature does not work. Embedded browser with forgot password page produces a “general technical error” message Lufthansa ID, username, membership number, passwords, PIN codes — is the email address a username or a lufthansa id? I can log in with an email address and password but purchases must use a membership number and a PIN code. What a mess...

Once worldwide best frequent flyer program, miles and more turning into real crap with both the app and service offered.

I never write reviews but had to with this one and will do a formal complaint with the company. Out of nowhere my password stopped working. I wasted so much time trying to reset my password, call them.. it’s been very frustrating. I had enough miles to order a gift certificate, and ordered it before the whole password fiasco, and it just never went through! I lost time there too, to be told my order didn’t even exist. After calling them for the password reset I was told I had to send a letter to Germany (a physical letter not an email!) to ask them why my account was inaccessible.. really? This specific department can’t be reached via email? No one can call me back to rectify this?? Needless to say I’ve given up. This has been a huge waste of time, and I don’t see the point of this app, nor will I ever see my certificate. I love Lufthansa but this app is horrible, not user friendly, and should really be fixed and revamped from the ground up.
