First world airline, third world app
Swiss, please get your act together! This app and your web site have been buggy for years and there is no excuse for it!
App won’t allow to add a flight.
Deleting. App not working.
Over all a good app
Over I like the app. One thing I found a little difficult, after a few procedures, view seat maps, the app came back in German and was unable to find out how to get back to English. I would just close the app and relaunch it.
Rediculous
It’s a ridiculous app. Switches from English to German without any reason.
No language selection
Menu to select another language than Swiss-German (English or French) is either hidden deep in the app or non-existent... please improve.
Language
Couldn’t change the language to French or English
Horrible
Keeps getting to a security check page and cannot do anything. Terrible user experience. Granted this is their website’s fault and not necessarily their app.
Works well
Fast and user friendly. Did not automatically assign seats together even though booking was for 2 persons. Had manually reassign.
Terrible programming
Completely useless app. Don’t bother.
