So I’ve been subscribed for a while and there are alot of positives about this app. The courses and techniques are great - they provide little text boxes within the exercises for you to add thoughts/journal and look back at in future. It’s a great way to really engage in the activity and it makes it easy to take a few mins out of the day to complete one and reframe or resolve worries that you’re experiencing in the moment. After using it for a bit, i noticed there were many areas that could improvements. There’s for some reason quite a lot of screen freezing, especially when using the mood tracker so a lot of refreshing is needed when using the app. I think the mood tracker could use some more emotions or at least an “other” option because it doesn’t really cover many feelings. The courses also don’t appear to save progress, so when I come back to a course to complete it, it doesn’t have a record of the exercises I’ve already done and just refreshes which is slightly annoying.
I love this app, so many tools to utilise, I suffering with poor mental health at times and this app really helps me to put things into perspective and helps me to feel so much calmer
This app feels like a hug for the soul. I love it, and find myself opening the app more than I open social media. Would highly recommended if you want to feel better, happier, lighter, and more free. I hope they continue producing content, maybe more journaling prompts for specific scenarios/life events?
I think this app is absolutely incredible, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking into not just wellness but also mind training in general. The one thing I could say critically is that, during meditation courses and sessions - the voice of the coach/narrator is quite clinical at times, and can take you out of focus on a good breathing exercise. For many users of other good meditation apps, the voices tend to be very soothing, rhythmic, and aligned with the meditative experience. I found myself getting frustrated that this voice was, unexpectedly and matter-of-factly, interjecting (sometimes with assumptions that it’s not going well - “struggling to concentrate, don’t worry”) through the exercise. I’d love this app 100% (instead of 99%) if it just incorporated a little more softness and calmness into the meditative voiceovers. All in all it’s an amazing app and I’ll remain a happy paying customer.
Be very wary. I took out a 14 day trial and despite unsubscribing on day one and emailing them. £57.99 still came out of my account after about 3 days. This is highly unacceptable and it has caused me financial stress
I thought I was quite a resilient person, until a series of bad events happened and I really struggled to process things. The way this app offers little exercises that are available at any time is really special and powerful, and I think everyone should have access to this type of help. It should be an essential app for everyone.

I love this app! It’s like having a personal coach/therapist with you anytime you need some motivation.
This app is really helping me gain control over my anxiety. It supplements my other treatments and really rounds everything out.
