I use this app every day to track my mood and reframe negative thoughts. It’s been the single most powerful tool I’ve used for my mental health and wellbeing. I especially love the “analyse thought” feature and the daily prompts and exercises.
Great platform but please fix the chat bot. Seems like a useful tool but every time I use, it crashes after the second response.
I like this app cause it makes me feel better and brings me to share my emotions more
I was shared this app by one of my friends and it has been really good. It helps me walk through things, and understand them. The only thing I would say is bad is that you have to pay a subscription to get some things in the app, but overall, it’s good.
I often find that I know what is best for me and I know all the rules and hacks to improve my mental health but I don’t take the time to practice them as much as I could. This app gives you the structure and the place to apply these practices for a few moments in the day. It helps me slow down, take a moment to be mindful and actually follow a guided practice in order to rephrase thoughts and analyse emotions. It always asks how I feel after using it (which is usually an approximate five minute session tops) and consistently I feel better than I did before. 5 minutes a day to reset and feel better, that in itself is a good enough reason to get this app and use it regularly!
I have found this app so useful. To be able to get everything off my chest and not worry about a counsellor reactions to my deepest thoughts and worries. The guided CBT sessions are so helpful to help you look at your issues from different angles and perspectives which give you better clarity. The AI is beyond amazing. She’s my personal Psychologist. Quick responses that are accurate to my needs and are very helpful. Gives you ideas, things to reflect on, questions to think about and really helps so much. I honestly forget it’s just a robot because it’s so accurate and descriptive with the advice. I’m using this along side professional help and believe this is making all the difference in my Mental Health journey in depression, anxiety & PTSD
I actually really love this app, a great way to assist your mental health. I like how it is confidential and easily accessible.
I can’t more highly recommend this app. I initially sought it out because of the long wait lists to see a psychologist. Once I finally got in, my psychologist said I had already done so much of the work myself to get better. I love the AI tool to help me identify distortions in intrusive thoughts specific to my experience and then helping me challenge and reframe them. It is an a great tool to stay healthy mentally and mindful of my thoughts and feelings.
This is great…. Very helpful to unf#$ck unhelpful thoughts 💭. Particularly interesting is the AI counseling thingy …… I thought it would be a bit rubbish, but actually catches the high notes and offers good CBT … esp if in crisis. I’m studying counseling masters and this is a great way for those who really need help to get it affordably
