Exactly what I needed!

I’ve only been using this app for a day (free version) but does exactly what I need! I am able to record my mood, and other factors that impact on it so that I can see whether there is a pattern - my sleep, exercise, nutrition, medication, whether I’ve been in the sun etc. Excellent! Update - I am 3 weeks in and am so thankful that I found this app and how much it has continued to help me daily to manage my mental health, reconnect with my feelings, recognise those things in my life I am grateful for as well as those things that help me to thrive. I have recommended to others and will continue to do so!

I’ve tried many well being apps but Moodfit is the cream of the crop. Rather than having to toggle through many apps Moodfit has so much in one place. It’s an added bonus that I can tailor the app with personal daily goals of my own. It’s useful to be able to get a snapshot of my day, week etc… and have a history that I can reflect over. When I’ve found issues I’ve been able to notify the admin team and they have been rectified quickly. I would definitely recommend the use of this app to anyone. Looking after our well being is important.

There is potential here but was hoping for a free app?

I've been using moodfit for a short while, but even in this time I've found the breathing exercises, and CBT guidance invaluable in helping me calm down and reducing my anxiety. The mindfulness audios are also great and have helped me gain perspective in a time of difficulty.

Keeps Me Focused on Me!

I’m a wife, mother of two and have fibromyalgia. I have noticed I spend more time focusing on these parts of my life more than I do on me which of course is fine. But I also need to remember that if I’m not at my best I can’t give my best. This app helps me with this. It reminds me to take a step back and take time out for myself. It helps me focus my thoughts and feelings and it grounds me throughout the day and relaxes me at the end of the day. The daily positive notifications I get bring a smile to my face and reminds me that things can be seen from different perspectives and good things can always be found even on my darkest of days. I would highly recommend this app.

I’ve said from day 1 I’m going to write a glowing review about this app as I absolutely love it. I’m did have a few connections problems during the summer but these seem to have been fixed now. The more I use it the more I love it and having just had my 1st weekly review I’m amazed on what a great system it is. I’ve set up my own goals and can monitor pretty much anything I want and add notes etc. Keep up the great work guys - Love the notices and emails - I’ve been raving about this app to all my friends and even my GP! Update - Recently received an email from Moodfit to congratulate me on 50 days - and I have to say it’s 50 days of an improving mood - still raving about you guys!! The App just gets better - recent upgrade so it doesn’t automatically move on to next day is a great bonus. Update - I’m still using the app and still love it.
