Need too much equipment

The thing I really dislike about this app is how much equipment you need. I have a gym in my condo that has a decent amount of equipment, but it’s still not enough to do most of the workouts.

Awesome App for staying fit during pregnancy

It’s so nice to not have to figure out modifications for workouts. The challenges in the app make it motivating to get workouts done. The pelvic floor and core aspect is great as well. I’ve really enjoyed this app and it’s helped me stay in great shape during my pregnancy!

I found this app so helpful staying accountable and plus it took all the guess work out of my workouts which made it so much easier. I loved the modifications and the coaching reminders to engage the core and pelvic floor. So important and my big goal this time around in my 3rd pregnancy. Can’t wait to continue on with 2nd and 3rd trimester workouts. I also loved viewing all the extra videos. The love and support you get from every expert or coach is hands down one of the best I’ve gotten. All online! These ladies are ready to help and cheer you on ❤️ I am currently 26 weeks pregnant on my 2nd baby, I was doing the AB Rehab after my first and it’s been months since I’ve got my body moving. At nearly 25 weeks I started Move Your Bump Ab Prehab program and let me tell you, just after one week I can feel relief. I’m excited to get up every morning and stretch my body 💪🏼

Good to keep you on track to get some moving during your pregnancy. Any movement is better than nothing! Love the layout and all the meal ideas. Very easy to navigate.

I started using move your bump when I was about 15 weeks pregnant because my other program was getting too tricky to modify. I loved the diversity and selection of the workouts and I was able to use it right up until I delivered. The workouts are realistic to keep up to while pregnant but challenged me at the same time. I will be using this app again if/when I get pregnant again. It is a great option for keeping fit during pregnancy!!

I had been an avid weightlifter for a few years before finding out I was pregnant. The first half of my pregnancy kept me out of the gym from exhaustion and migraines, and every time I kept wanting to get back into it I felt so overwhelmed wondering what I could do or couldn’t do. I found this app and group and it was EXACTLY what I needed to help me get back into the swing of things and have a safe and healthy pregnancy!
