I’m back after 2 years of break and noticed some issues with the app. It has some bugs, sometimes videos are lagging or freezing and I have to stop in the middle of the pose and refresh the page. I absolutely love the practices and instructors Alo has and have been using the app for years. Would be very happy if these issues were solved! Thanks to the amazing team of Alo moves!
The app has some great yoga and meditation teachers. Briohny especially taught me details of some yoga posses that nobody else mentions. But the fact that the only music you can have is very energetic and disco like (or you have to switch it off) is very disappointing for a yoga focused app.
I have paid 2 times now, and none of my accounts work on my app. This is a disgrace. It all seems fine, then I show up at the gym only to spend 30 minutes trying to access my account for which I have paid for!!!! Twice! Nothing works, refreshing, reinstalling even paying again! Get your app together! I expect a refund since I wasn’t even able to use this.
Love the app and that it has different things like yoga barre meditation sound baths and some workouts. Only wish it was a bit less pricy
The classes are really great! Love them. So much user friendly content that helps to stay fit, calm, relaxed and strong both physically and mentally. But the app is not so good as it’s content. You can’t play your own music while workout. App is not reading and writing essential workout data from a Health app and Apple Watch. Right now it’s just a video player with a history of watched videos. It should read yoga and mindfulness workouts form Health and Activity apps or write them by itself.

I wanted to try this i just signed up today for 2 weeks of free trial then i get charged $99 what happened to the free trial and i wouldn’t get charged till after January 15 ?? What a scam!! I don’t even know if i am comfortable to keep this app i hate this
I’m excited to start Alo move! I just purchased this app, and used Apple Pay to purchase a one year subscription. Apple Pay charged my credit card $99. When I logged into the app, there was no record that a purchase has been made. I had to call Alo twice. The first rep, Sebastian was not helpful. He mentions glitch between Apple Pay and Alo. He told me to cancel with Apple Pay, and repurchase. I called again and Tina was the customer rep who was helpful. Don’t use apply pay to buy anything. Go to the website to purchase the subscription. Now, I have to dispute the charges with apply pay. If they don’t refund me, I’ll try with my credit card.
I was so exited to start my yoga journey and i downloaded this app because I heard it was completely free and I tried to start a workout but it didn’t let me do it for free it kept saying I have to unlock it for this crazy price really upset!do not download for ur own good!
