A lot of time locator of wehicle is not working

I tried twice to add my bmw. All the time after entering win app is writing “error connecting occurred “
LTE not supported?
App is saying “no internet connection” when phone is on LTE. It only works on 5G and WiFi.

Hahahaha, pay 50k€ for the car and then I have to have an active subscription to use the APP 😂 Car itself isn’t any good either.

Location not always updated!
I had my car towed 2 times (parked wrong), and location was not updated! If location in BMW app is updated only when shutting the engine then tis is a big issue! Mu car can be stolen and location would not be updated. Also location is not updated during drive. Only when shutting the engine off. Also not ok.
Terrible!!
App is losing connection with brand new i4 all the time, call center support is absolutely helpless, bmw you can go f… yourself with that
