It’s a refreshing moment at Disney
This is our first time here! And all we can say is wow…we are so so satisfied. We came with friends and they brought their granddaughter, the look in her eyes summed it all up…we love it
The virtual Queue for Tiana’s Bayou opened at 1pm and we were on it at 12:45 refreshing waiting for 1pm. When 1pm came it said it wasn’t taking any guests. We walked to the ride and they said if we didn’t have a virtual Queue then we couldn’t ride it. We flew here from Texas for our Honey moon and this was the main ride I was excited about after seeing Della Vlogs ride it. And we didn’t get to ride it because the app glitched. Stick to regular lines if you can’t get your app to work.
I have tried multiple times on several different devices to purchase a magic band. It requires that I add a shipping address. Whenever I add the shipping address and click save, I get the spinning blue circle. Called customer service and they said sorry you must use the app that does NOT WORK!!!
I have tried everything; deleted app & reinstalled. I made sure my iPhone is using latest IOS. The wait times screen will not populate. The map doesn’t show wait times, shows or dining options either.
One of the most frustrating apps I've ever used. Account settings and linking things is so difficult. Even something as simple as logging out to switch to a different account was hard. Disney makes everything of theirs so unbelievably complicated.
The My Disney Experience app is required for DAS and Lightning Lane and many other things at DisneyWorld. My experience during my Sept 2024 trip was that the app will crash over 50% of the time. The rest of the time it is was very slow to load and would often lag several seconds after a click before reacting resulting in mis clicks
Third time calling or chatting trying to get the autism services for today the wait is ridiculous! There’s gotta be a better way than staring at your screen waiting for an agent to come and FaceTime you and your disabled child!
Cannot get into app, forgot password. Asked for link 6 times today. Nothing.
I wish everything was a bit more user friendly. Instead of the lightening pass where you have to plan everything in advance, I wish you could just purchase a fast pass and there was a separate line at each attraction for fast pass holders. All this planning ahead of time, having to try to make new ride reservations once you scan into a ride to me takes away from time that could be spent enjoying the park and all it has to offer.
