App no longer works
I’ve had this app for about 6 years with no issues. Upgraded my phone about 6 months ago and it no longer works. Keep getting a system unavailable message.

I am 82 years of age so I hope I’ve done it right - how do I pay ???
Everything is wrong with this app, they might as well throw it in trash and start again. I would have to write a thesis as to all the issues. Definitely don’t trust Optus after the experiences I have had and I regret coming back to them
Useless
Have to always uninstall and reinstall to get past the “we’re having system issues page”, eSIM activation super glitchy and takes multiple calls to work. Just overall bad experience.
Boycott
I don’t suggest to go anyone to choose optus. Worst experience ever. Fraud marketing.
Cannot login. Doesnt show prepaid balance
The Optus network going to more terrible in west Sydney Guildford
I have two components of billing. One prepaid and one post paid. I want them together but they can’t do it. The overseas support desks are terrible. Disappointing. The home internet is very reliable.
