Not working properly
Trying to buy the unlimited data day add-ons multiple times for months. Did uninstall, reinstall app. Using Flex plan, so the only way to buy add-on is via app based on what the customer support told me. Other than that what they told me is upgrade the plan or switch to the postpaid. I asked them to escalate the issue to the team, but the same issue has persisted. Not really helpful support.
