I couldn’t login in
Setup digital is is broken in new version. After passport photo and face recognition app is hung on the step with “check your details “
URGENT FIX IS REQUIRED I had to spend almost an hour on a phone with support just to realize that the login form in the app is case sensitive!!! The email address has to be in UPPER CASE in my case. Otherwise I get the message saying that the My account is not linked to this SIM.
I really like the Optus app - it is so easy to use and gives me all the details about my usage that i need
I have happily been using the Optus app to pay my bill on my iPad for several years now, but this month when my account arrived, every time I tried to go into the app a message came up saying there was technical problems and to retry later. After several days attempting to pay my account I forgot all about it until an email reminded me. Again, I tried to go into the app on the iPad and again, the same message saying they were experiencing technical problems and to try again later. In the end I used my iPhone to download the app and happily paid my account. I have not changed anything, and I still cannot access the app on my iPad. Not happy.
The customer support pretend to swap to “supervisors” DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Edit after response: you saying sorry does not make me feel any better because you are not changing the attitude of upsell from customer service people on the app!!!
Used to be just ok - now it’s next to useless .. a lot of the time, it freezes on the loading screen .. yes, I’ve restarted the phone, yes, I’ve cleared the cache. I have to delete the app and download it again !!
I can’t log into my account, it’s says my account has been verified, but it won’t accept my password, I then click on forgotten password, it then says reset link sent, I click on the emails reset password link, it then takes me to a sign in window, which asks for my password, asi don’t know it and it or it won’t accept my password, I click on the forgotten password link, then it says, password rest link has been sent ( I have seven (7) reset link) I click on it and the stupid dumb merry go round starts all over again. Optus is as bad as Telstra, worse in some cases.
Ive been Optus costumer for very long time and I am very happy with the best services they provide. Its always upgrading there services making it so simple and easy to use and reliable in every aspect a specially with the apps it's excellent . Thanks Optus stuff for your service and for being helpful at all times.
Thank you i wasn’t to sure I had enough to pay.
