I couldn’t login in

Setup digital is is broken in new version. After passport photo and face recognition app is hung on the step with “check your details “

URGENT FIX IS REQUIRED I had to spend almost an hour on a phone with support just to realize that the login form in the app is case sensitive!!! The email address has to be in UPPER CASE in my case. Otherwise I get the message saying that the My account is not linked to this SIM.

Trying to buy the unlimited data day add-ons multiple times for months. Did uninstall, reinstall app. Using Flex plan, so the only way to buy add-on is via app based on what the customer support told me. Other than that what they told me is upgrade the plan or switch to the postpaid. I asked them to escalate the issue to the team, but the same issue has persisted. Not really helpful support.

I can’t pay by Westpac. I can’t input expire date.

After I updated my iOS to version 10.2.1,the application asked me to verify my phone number. I filled it in but it said that I'm using invalid phone number. Now I can't use the app to track my usage.
