My Passport Wireless

Before this i was able to use this app, it wasn't so fast but it worked. Downloaded again to my Iphone 14 and i get an error "Invalid operation" A file is already exists at this location , or an invalid operation was attempted. Can somebody help? I've installed it again on my 1st gen Ipad pro and i get the same error. I read also that this app is in "limited updates phase" but it would be nice if the app would actually work because it just not usable.

It can not open the iPhone picture format (heic). I cannot view my archived photos on my iPhone from the cloud.

Gladly noticed that after the last update the browser will remain as it was when a picture is opened. So i don’t need to scroll again to the position where it was. Cool! For the next,get the face ID please 😉

When will the face id be available? Would ease the entry

still no support for image preview in case of HEIC file??? 😞

It’s slow, not maintains order , didn’t play back iOS videos. It have capability to solve problems but WD is not interested. Network drive concept is fails without complementing cloud app.

Since last update it doesn't open certain files After 2 updates, Still doesn’t work.
