The app is good but suffers from a lot of small issues that remain unresolved after more than a year. The app needs to be open to sync Camera Roll, it won’t sync in the background. The app sends CONSTANT notifications that it can’t sync in the background. The app doesn’t automatically detect new images, you need to open the app and refresh. The app doesn’t give an indication of what, out how many, images are being stored. You can’t view Apples .heic image files in the app. I moved to iOS ~1 year ago and still no movement on these issues.

Please add streaming support at least for DLNA

One of the best apps

This app is OK when it works.The only issue I have is that my devices keeps dropping off. If you were to ask me if I would purchase another WD product, my answer would be NO.

The app is ok, allows access to NAS drive, but it could be so much better, in terms of music player, photo viewer and being able to cast to TV . :(

I have no issues with the app, works perfectly

Works well but comes with only online manuals and defying conventions the lower number is the newest although this is not indicated as far as I could see. When setup I was disappointed to find restrictions on streaming my home media although this not so much a fault of WD but of the devices the media were being sent. Caveat emptor when it comes to believing advertising.

I like this app, however it regularly tells me that my device is offline, when it is working. I don't know the reason for that, hence the two stars.
