Not a good company to deal with anymore
Phone needs to be in light mode to enter security code.
Really buggy. Wanting to delete app. It is like it has a virus. Please fix soon. Also shaw, can you please do business more fairly and have lower fixed rates that don’t change over time? I am thinking on going back to freedom internet where I did not ever have to worry about that.
Even after the update, I can login but it won’t let me put in the security code. As soon as I check my texts to see what the code is and return to the app the app is black and will not let me enter the code. This has been happening for a while now. Why hasn’t this been fixed yet. Your company makes billions of dollars on incredibly high fees, surely it can hire a decent company to make an app that actually works. Edit: my original comment still stands
If I switch apps while logging in (I .e. to get password) the app screen goes black and the app must be shut down to try again

The app has been great and easy to use. The cable and internet package prices have skyrocketed so much that they want $100+ more than what I’m paying now for the exact same package. I know the cost of everything is rising but WHAT?
I have the cheapest tv and internet package which happened to include 2 free months of crave, which was probably the better part of this deal. So with that 137$ a month “deal” 😒 LOL deal I can’t with that… it was not a deal, no offence but I get like no good channels and the ones I get are spread like the quantum winds across the thousands of channels you don’t have…. What’s worse is that it feels very deliberate when you discover you can’t view ‘just’ the handful of channels you pay for among all the others you just have to sift like a needle in a haystack! Like for real if this isn’t a total IT mistake and someone is just waiting to get fired, than some CEO has some twisted humour and I’m sooooooooo not here for it. - Mic 🎤 ‘drop’ …. I do not recommend, they trap you and raise prices to loyal customers. Use Telus.
