Jemand, der schlampiges Deutsch sprach, hat das Gespräch ohne Ansagen aufgelegt. Besprechungszeit mit respektlosem Arbeiter 31/12/24 ca. um 15:40 Uhr Deutchland
Nicht für iMac geeignet
fürs Handy ist die App super 👍🏻 nur schade das es die App nicht für den iMac gibt da steht nicht kompatibel mit diesem Gerät 😒 bitte dran arbeiten

The video recognition officers are extremely rude, they just hang up on you without saying anything.

Die erste Kollegin hat das Gespräch abgebrochen ohne auf die Eingabe der TAN zu warten. Der 2. Mitarbeiter hat den Auftrag übernommen und die TAN verspätet zugesendet, zwar konnte die Bearbeitung abgeschlossen werden jedoch verzögert. Ich hoffe das alles mit rechten Dinge gelaufen ist.
Verifizierung per Konto nicht möglich, es kommt nur ne generische Fehlermeldung + zu wenig Personal
Peinlich wenn man zwei Funktionen hat und eine nicht geht, Interface auch sehr billig. Video Ident kommt auch kein Angestellter
Identifikation kam nie bei Vertragspartner an
Mahnung von Vertragspartner bekommen obwohl Identifikation erfolgreich war

They hang up in your face .
They don’t accept international passports as if it’s not good enough , even if you have residency , they hang up in the middle if the call without even being polite or saying goodbye , awful experience
