Suddenly stop working only red light and when scanning the barcode it doesnt read also it wont hard reset the device . Any solution !?

Can’t renew my free plan
My free plan has expired today and i can’t activate my god damn free plan even i have a unactivated camera, can you please fix this
Update???
What happened to your recent update?? It says it fixes bugs and system optimization but after I updated my app from my 2 difference phones they stopped working and kept on saying that no internet connection even though I can use my apps using the same wifi connection???!!
Purple
After the recent update, video output become purple. My unit is DCS-8100LH 360 camera.
Very slow
App is so slow from opening the app itself to opening abs viewing cameras
Unable to connect to the device
I bought DCS-8515LH and I’m getting the message of Unable to connect to the device. Is this a firmware issue? I followed all the instruction which is simple enough to understand. So, why is it not working?
Compatible legacy devices are limited
DCS-1130L, 2136L and DNS-320L with DHP-611AV can’t be added in this app, even the camera’s streaming protocol the least. Worry is if mydlink plus/lite would be discontinued. Hoping that D-Link could add these devices based from the gadgets’ communication protocol.
