Old one works better
This app forces you to buy cloud sub when the device I’m trying to work with doesn’t even work with cloud (unsupported). Web gui doesn’t work on modern web browsers forcing users to use this app.

Suddenly stop working only red light and when scanning the barcode it doesnt read also it wont hard reset the device . Any solution !?

Can’t renew my free plan
My free plan has expired today and i can’t activate my god damn free plan even i have a unactivated camera, can you please fix this

What happened to your recent update?? It says it fixes bugs and system optimization but after I updated my app from my 2 difference phones they stopped working and kept on saying that no internet connection even though I can use my apps using the same wifi connection???!!
Purple
After the recent update, video output become purple. My unit is DCS-8100LH 360 camera.

App is so slow from opening the app itself to opening abs viewing cameras
Unable to connect to the device
I bought DCS-8515LH and I’m getting the message of Unable to connect to the device. Is this a firmware issue? I followed all the instruction which is simple enough to understand. So, why is it not working?
Do not buy
Worst product I ever bought. Not value for money. Did not meet my expectations. 👎🏼
