Only working under wifi
With no wifi connection It does not show the video online, only the recorded. Ver 2.11.3 build 246. In the website with the computer works fine.
iOS 17 Public Beta Support
It cannot run on iOS pre-release version.
Too hard too harsh to content.
Not friendly plug an d okay
Not that user friendly
OK for some - but I’ve found it needlessly complicated and not that user friendly. You can’t repeat days and it’s fiddly setting the calendar if you want to get it down to the minute. Would probably go for Tapo next time.
Latest update causes app to crash
Can’t download any videos since the update. This app is useless now.
Possible bug in version 2.11.0 for iOS
It is good to see D Link provide on-going update to this app for performance optimisation. After the version 2.11.0 iOS update, I found that the home page information of '? day(s) ago' on the camera images had failed to refresh itself. It was used to be showing the time/date of last turning on the camera. Now the camera last turning on information is dated - I guess it shows the last time before this new version was installed. Apparently it is a bug. Suggest D Link to look into it.
Subscription paid inactive
After one week sending “cases” and trying to access, a subscription I paid for is still inactive. Only found a labyrinth to obtain and answer.
