mydlink Reviews

Pas très fiable

Je ne vois pas pourquoi il bug

So unreliable!

Sam Mul on

Canada

The app never loads the live camera, so unreliable. Glitches out, shuts down. Cannot live view 95% of the time. All around waste of money.

Good but

Hfyjg on

Canada

So last night at midnight, one of my water sensors went off. Good thing we heard it very quietly because the water tank sprung a leak. I noticed that there was no app notifications on my phone because it was in do not disturb. I had to manually go in my phone settings so that I would get a notification while in do not disturb. However, when I later tested the device while in do not disturb, the app just made one ding sound. It would be better if there was an alarm sound so I could be woken up. Pretty happy with this product otherwise

It deserves 0 stars

Worst camera ever. And the one time I was away and needed it it kept going off line even though the wifi was fine. Night vision doesn’t work either

No landscape mode or multi account feature

Zepeintre on

Canada

Works fine but lack some features, for example a landscape mode for when a tablet is used. I would appreciate a way to switch among accounts. As a family, we have installed a camera in our 101 years mother’s flat and created an account that we share for that. It’s not easy.

Cameras time out on app but viewable on the web

UofTStatistics on

Canada

Cameras time out on app but viewable on the desktop website! Dlink used to be great but clearly they stopped innovating.. I had to return Dlink mesh that was horrible for TP Link M5 mesh. Same thing with the Dlink cameras might as well swap them for tplink cameras.

Very disappointed

Word_Dude99 on

Canada

I’m m so disappointed that D-Link forces a subscription to review events. Very shameful, and I’m already looking for a replacement solution. And yes, a “subscription/free” solution.

Glitchy

knotking on

Canada

One moment I can log into the camera and it displays fine. Next minute it can’t. I have to reset the app to see the cameras display. Or I have to totally reset the camera from factory. It’s less dependable than a similar model at half the price.

Device settings won’t update

A Racine on

Canada

Sends me movement alerts but can’t watch clips. Just gives an error saying clip does not exist. Device settings all of a sudden won’t refresh and deleting and reinstalling does not change anything, problem since last update.

Won’t do notifications

Waskyone on

Canada

Won’t do them anymore even though the setting is on
