New update isn’t allowing me to purchase your items! Apps isn’t recognising my account, not allowing me to create a new one in order to go through to payment

downloaded the app because the website says I can get additional discount, but get same price in app anyway :(

Had to delete and re download app as it wouldn’t let me check out, once got to delivery three out of the four items free delivery but wouldn’t let me get out of standard delivery on the cheapest item?? Paid for delivery just to get what I needed, plus as a blue card member we used to get 50% discount now it’s 12%, nice to know we’re appreciated as we run to the danger as everyone else runs away

Scam Black Friday Sale! They gave out a code that doesn't work and got a few insiders (most likely people who work for MyProtein) codes that actually works. Of course these people would post that the code worked in a screenshot or a comment on their instagram page. And of course these screenshots wouldn't actually show the code that they have used. 😂 Such a fradulent scheme. Will NEVER buy from this company every again.

Market the false claims about offers

Wanted one item. Was advertised in the app that if my order totalled over £20 I’d get free delivery. Ended up buying two items so I could meet this threshold. Was still charged for delivery.
