Still the price issue!
Contem sempre com 2 semanas de entrega, mesmo em Lisboa. Quando chega, produtos têm bom price point. Mas quando falha uma entrega, é um desastre total. O centro de mensagens é um antro de burocracia com mensagens formatadas. A vontade de resolver o problema é nula, o objectivo parece ser levar o cliente a desistir. Pior CX que anda por aí em suplementação. Rezem para que tudo chegue bem… porque se não chegar… têm um filme pela frente…
Estou bastante desiludida com a Myprotein em geral, estão com falta de stock em imensos produtos e dizem ser possível fazer pagamento com Apple Pay mas da sempre erro. Resolvam por favor.
Comparado com outras empresas do ramo, demora muito na entrega.

Downloaded the App because got email notification about flash sale and extra discount using App BUT IT DOESN’T WORK. Logged into my account, found item from previous order to order again. Cannot change flavour, amount (i.e. weight) or even add to basket. Closed down app and tried again, still doesn’t work.
Web view app where buttons don’t work half the time, e.g right now I can’t click search, the nav menu, or filters, but the basket button & home screen categories work. I’ve restarted the app multiple times & switched between WiFi & 5G, nothing fixes it
One tub of collagen, on offer £7.99 but £4.49 delivery! Ridiculous! Have had one tub already and helped my brittle nails get stronger. Hopefully helping my skin too!
Slow, lags a lot and screen jumps constantly.
Their live chat facility is just appalling. The agents don’t understand simple English. I wasted over half an hour trying to get the agent to answer my question which was “why was the the second bag of collagen protein more expensive than the first?” before giving up because they couldn’t understand it, nor put me through to someone that could help nor give me a tel number in the U.K. to call. There is no telephone number for the U.K. operation and ordering today as opposed to yesterday has meant that I’ve lost some of the discounts and freebies….My Protein used to be good but now they’re clearly unprofessional, avaricious and don’t give a stuff about maintaining relations with long term clients… proceed with them at your peril and don’t expect to get any customer service…
